All 31 Songs on the 'Madden NFL 19' Soundtrack Are Hip-Hop
As hip-hop continues to dominate the airwaves, our listening habits, and our culture et al., it’s no surprise that when EA Sports revealed the soundtrack for Madden NFL 19 on Wednesday morning, all 31 songs listed were hip-hop tracks.
Of note, major artists like Migos, Cardi B, A$AP Rocky, and more are sharing the soundtrack with eight must-hear indie artists: P-Lo, Denzel Curry, Berner, Innanet James, Flatbush Zombies, Pell, N.O.R.E., and Young M.A.
Not only is this another incredible look for hip-hop, but also a great opportunity for indie acts to get their music to as many ears as possible. While playing Madden wasn’t originally on our list of 10 ways to support an indie artist in 10 minutes or less, consider the game honorary number 11.
