The Maschine Mikro MK3 is the latest compact production controller from Native Instruments and comes bundled with NI's MASSIVE, MONARK, and REAKTOR PRISM for $260.

The Maschine Mikro MK3 has Full Sized RGB Backlit Pads that are identical to the pads found on the full-sized Maschine MK3. The Mikro MK3 also has a Touchstrip for Mod/Pitch and Strum Playback. For beatmakers, the Mikro MK3 benefits from a new and better layout that should provide a more efficient workflow.

Additionally, Maschine Mikro MK3 has a very durable and compact design, making it ideal for producers who want to work on the go or for those with a smaller workspace.

Native Instruments Maschine 2.2 Update

Native Instruments have just released a software update for our favorite beat-making device Maschine. The Maschine 2.2 software update allows for full and seamless integration with the recently reviewed NI Komplete Kontrol S-Series Keyboards, touch sensitive controls for the Maschine Studio knobs, and new scale and Arpeggiator modes to open up new creative possibilities.

[Video] NI Releases New Maschine & Maschine Mikro

Native Instruments has just announced the new generation of the Maschine that is set to hit store shelves on October 1st. The Maschine MK2 and Maschine Mikro MK2 will now both be available in a black version and a white version. The new Maschine & Mikro versions will also get new pad upgrades which have increased pad sensitivity and multi-colored backlit for better visual feedback. The new Mashine MK2 setups will also get redesigned displays and a new software version 1.8 that is available for free download to current Maschine users as well. Native Instruments has just announced their new flagship Production hardware, the Maschine Studio, and new software, Maschine 2.0. The new Maschine Studio hardware is bigger than the original and provides best-in-class control with two new hi-res color displays, a new edit section with a large jog wheel, and responsive 16-multi-color backlit pads. The Maschine 2.0 software provides lots of improvements to the user interface and works better and faster on all three Maschine Production devices.
