When the Allen & Heath teams aren't busy making DJ mixers that we all love and adore so much, they are out there making huge iLive custom mixing machines for multi-million dollar venues that require bar-none stadium performance as well as best-in-class sound quality. From the Courts of the NBA Playoffs all the way to a gospel church in Memphis, Allen & Heath knows what they are doing when it comes to stadium sound. Users comment on the iLive platform as being the best in class for the price along with super easy to use controls. I wouldn't know personally since I have never had the pleasure of manning so much pro-audio power at one time, but if Allen & Heath products are good enough for them... then you know its definitely worthy of our DJ setups. NBA Works With Allen & Heath i-Live for the Playoffs
It's not often that a professional sports team calls a production company to help fix their sound issues after the regular season; but that's exactly what Hooper Sound Production and Allen & Heath set out to do for the Oklahoma City Thunder NBA team during the 2010 Playoffs. The crowd in the Ford Center gets so loud that the sound system wasn't good enough to handle the extra decibels that a playoff atmosphere brings to an arena. The Allen & Heath iLive-144 mixing Console was the solution.
