Last year we brought you a complete review of the Xone flagship professional DJ headphones, the XD:53 (
). We thought they were almost perfect, but did not include a detachable cable which is usually the first point of failure on most professional DJ headphones. Thankfully Allen & Heath have decided to right the wrong by updating the XD:53 to include the detachable/replaceable cable and updating the color scheme with a new gunmetal look.
