A few months ago, we brought you the full video review of the

Denon DN-MC6000

four-deck Digital DJ Controller and now Denon DJ has unveiled the new compact version of their controller called the MC3000. The Denon DJ MC3000 looks and feels exactly like the DN-MC6000 using the same all-steel chassis and high-resolution jog wheels, but it is in an even more compact body since there are a few less controls and visible channels to worry about. The MC3000 still works as a four-deck controller even though only two are visible at a time. All the user has to do is toggle to the additional decks via the on-board controls. The US version will come bundled with Virtual DJ LE, but we all know that the best software for this little beast is going to be Traktor Pro 2 where almost all of the buttons are perfectly aligned with the layout. The Sample Banks and Effects buttons look to be shared with a toggle of the shift button changing their function. We will definitely get an MC3000 for a full video review as soon as they are available in the US later next month for around $600.
