Gemini DJ division is throwing it's hat into the 4-deck/4-channel media controller arena at this year's NAMM 2011. Introducing the new Gemini CTRL-47 digital media controller. This unit boasts 4-channels of mixing goodness with two full jog wheels and it comes bundled with Virtual DJ 7. The press release doesn't provide too much information but on the face of the unit, you can see controls for loops, effects, samples, and hot cues. Will the Gemini controller be up to the hype or will it get lost in the fray of other 4-channel media controllers? The Gemini CNTRL-7 Digital DJ Controller has just been announced and we at djbooth.net already got our hands on the review unit. This unit boasts a crossfader curve control, effects, Full-Kill Three-Band EQ, Four outputs (including an XLR Balanced output) and two line/phono channel RCA inputs. Gemini is coming to the NAMM 2013 with a bag full of tricks. The second Digital DJ controller announced by Gemini for this week's show is the G4V. The Gemini G4V looks to be a four-deck controller with eight performance pads over each of the 14-bit high-res Jog Wheels. The Gemini G4V will come bundled with an edition of Virtual DJ and will enable users to control up to four decks at a time.
