Gemini has been supplying DJ's with gear for ages now and they are looking to step into the Portable PA DJ Market by introducing the new Gemini MS-USB system. Everything that is needed on a Portable PA system is found on the MS-USB which includes: an SD card slot and RCA input for audio playback, 100-watt Amp with 8-inch speaker, 12-hour-use rechargeable battery, and a dynamic microphone. Speakers

Gemini has been on their grind lately releasing some new speakers and products geared towards Mobile DJ's and small event users on a budget. This time they have released the new Gemini RS-415USB Powered Loudspeaker that has on-board USB and SD card ports for direct music or track playback. Samson has announced the release of their wireless and portable PA system the Expedition 40iw. This system has a built-in wireless microphone and rechargeable battery. Combine that with the on-board iPod dock and you have an ideal solution for small-scale mobile DJ, Karaoke, meetings, classrooms, and other similar applications. DJ Controllers

The Gemini CNTRL-7 Digital DJ Controller has just been announced and we at djbooth.net already got our hands on the review unit. This unit boasts a crossfader curve control, effects, Full-Kill Three-Band EQ, Four outputs (including an XLR Balanced output) and two line/phono channel RCA inputs. Monster is bringing us a new and ultra-portable DJ system called GO-DJ. The GO-DJ device has a built in mixer, storage for music, dual screens for deck controls, and an audio interface for speakers and headphones. This compact unit is only a bit larger than most cell phones and has lots of functions that DJ's can use to play at a small gig or in the comforts of their own home.

DJ Controllers

Gemini DJ has just announced a brand new all in one standalone DJ system with a built-in seven-inch screen and the ability to playback files using USB hard drives instead of a laptop. The Gemini SDJ-2000 will work with a music management software called VCase which will allow users to setup their music libraries, loops, and cue points similar to Pioneer's Rekordbox or Denon's Engine. The SDJ-2000 can also connect to additional Gemini MDJ-1000 units to share the same music library from a single USB source.
