Mackie CR4 & CR3 Affordable Monitor Speakers [Video]

Mackie has been really busy lately bringing out new Thump Powered Speakers that pump out over 1000 watts each and now they are adding new affordable powered monitor speakers to their new range called the CR3 and CR4. The Gibson Pro Audio group (Stanton, Cerwin Vega, and KRK) are also in the house at the Atlantic City DJ Expo and we are there to show you what they've got for us. First off, they had the Stanton CMP.800, the SCS.4DJ, the DJC.4, and so much more. Everything was on display ready to use for any who wish to do so. Also in the booth were the entire line of KRK Studio Monitors and the Cerwin Vega speaker and subwoofer line. DJ Premier rocked the house on Tuesday, and Biz Markie is stopping by later today!

Stanton KRK Cerwin Vega DJ Booth - 2011 Atlantic City DJ Expo Video Coverage

Watch the official DJbooth.net Video Coverage of the Stanton/KRK/Cerwin Vega DJ Booth at the 2011 Atlantic City DJ Expo at the Trump Taj Mahal. On-hand were the entire line of Stanton DJ Products like the SCS.4DJ, SCS.1 System, the SCS.3 system, the new CMP.800 media player, the M.203 and M.207 Mixers, and the Scratch DJ Academy MIX! Software. Also present were the Entire KRK monitoring lineup and the Cerwin Vega loudspeaker line as well. DJ B-side was ripping it up on the SCS.4DJ while also having the time to go over a few pointers for my upcoming video review.

NAMM 2012: KRK 12sHO & 12s Subwoofers

Everyone knows KRK Systems for their nice studio monitoring systems and they've got something new for us at this year's NAMM. KRK is now part of the new Gibson Pro Audio division and is still a leading provider of professional monitors, subwoofers, headphones and control room solutions. KRK announced that the new and innovative powered subwoofers, the KRK 12sHO and KRK 12s, are now shipping worldwide and are available for demonstration at the 2012 NAMM show (NAMM Meeting Room 5963).

NAMM 2014: Cerwin Vega XD Desktop Speakers

At this year's NAMM show, Cerwin Vega has announced new additions to their desktop speaker lineup that would fit nicely into a compact studio or DJ setup. The Cerwin Vega XD Desktop speakers are all internally powered which are now offered in a new four-inch XD4 full-range, five-inch XD5 full range, and eight-inch XD8 powered subwoofer to add to the existing XD3 speaker offering. These speakers are nice and compact but still sport the same high-quality sound and bass characteristics that CV is known for.
