Let's see how they hold well they work for DJ's in the DJbooth.

Setup & First Impressions
The LyxPro HAS-20 headphones have an over-the-ear design with big 50mm Drivers which is great for sound isolation as they can completely cover the ears for accurate monitoring situations. The LyxPro cost only $99 and they have a mostly-plastic construction that does seem pretty thin in some places. The LyxPro HAS-20 has a folding and swiveling hinge that DJ's can use for easy transport and one-ear monitoring. The leatherette pads around the earcups are really soft and comfortable while the lightweight design makes it easy to wear these for extended periods of time without any fatigue or added stress. The HAS-20 headphones comes bundled with two removable and replaceable cables (straight and coiled) and a hard case to protect your investment. The headband also has the leatherette style to it and it can bend and flex in many different ways without creaking or popping. Even though the HAS-20 headphones have large 50mm drivers, the sound signature is actually very flat which makes these great for studio monitoring and everyday listening as well.
Conclusion / Recommended For
In Conclusion, the LyxPro HAS-20 headphones are a great low-cost option for DJ's and Studio professionals who want a lightweight and comfortable over-the-ear style headphone for mixing and producing. The HAS-20 headphones can fold and swivel for easy one-ear monitoring or Transport/Storage. The HAS-20 also has a pleasing-to-the-ear flat sound reproduction with clear and legible sound quality through most of the volume range. The HAS-20 headphones also come with both a straight cable for close proximity devices and a coiled cable for performances. The HAS-20 also comes with a nice protective case that will actually save your headphones from damage that may occur. This point brings me to my biggest gripe with these headphones which is the rather thin plastic construction found throughout the HAS-20 headphones. The plastic construction continues through the hinges and joints of the headphones which will certainly be a point of breakage when they finally decide to give out. This is probably why they have included a real protective case with the headphones, but even through normal use, these headphones will eventually crack at the hinges like other headphones that use the same style construction.
The DJbooth.net team will recommend these headphones to any DJ or Producer that likes the over-the-ear style headphones with good isolation and a nice flat sound reproduction without breaking the bank in the process.
