Mixars has just released the new MXR-2 two-channel DJ mixer with internal DVS-ready soundcard, onboard effects, and more. This new mixer comes in at the sweet price of only $400 but it currently isn't compatible with Traktor or Serato (unless you use some coding work-around that is known to the insiders). [Video] Traktor's Mixer Controller Announced

Ever wonder what would happen if Native Instruments started making true DJ Mixers? Well now you don't have to wonder for long because Native Instruments just posted the new teaser video that all but reveals the World's first Traktor 2+2 Channel Mixer and DJ controller. From the looks of it, the new Traktor Mixer-Controller will be able to accept CD and Vinyl Timecode decks without the need of a DVS soundcard. The mixer also looks to be made with a strong metal chassis and has controls for effects, hot-cues, loops, and everything else in between. Allen & Heath Xone:DB2 Mixer Announced

Allen & Heath has just announced the new Xone:DB2 four-channel MIDI mixer with an interal USB soundcard and a crazy effects and EQ section that is sure to get the mixing DJ's very excited. The DB2 mixer is the more affordable "younger" brother of the Xone:DB4, but is still full of most of the important features that has made the DB4 so successful. It is still a full MIDI controller and can work with any DJ Software out there on the market today and it can also link with the new Xone:K2 software controller via the new X:LINK connection port. American Audio DV2 USB Mixer Announced

American Audio has just announced a new 2-channel USB Mixer for the masses to clamor over. Introducing the New American Audio DV2 USB Mixer which will have its own internal 4x4 DJ Soundcard for software compatibility and will surely arrive with an excellent price point so DJ's don't have to break the bank to purchase it. The crossfader claims to be factory tested for over 1-million crossfades without any issues, so we will be sure to put these claims to the test when we get our review unit.
