[NAMM 2013] UDG New Hardcases

UDG makes some great hardcases for DJ equipment and for NAMM 2012, they just announced that they will have four new UDG Hardcases on hand for DJ's to see first hand. UDG now has Hardcases for the NI Maschine Mikro, Pioneer RMX-1000, Novation Launchpad, and a Cartridge case that holds up to four DJ cartridges (including Shure, Ortofon, and Stanton). Mixware.net (Reloop Decksaver UDG) DJ Booth - 2011 Atlantic City DJ Expo Video Coverage

Check out our official DJbooth.net Video Coverage of the Mixware.net DJ Booth at the 2011 Atlantic City DJ Expo at the Trump Taj Mahal. On-hand were the entire line of Reloop DJ Products like the Mixage IE, Contour Interface, and the Digital Jockey III ME, RHP-5 & RHP-10 Headphones. Also on display was the entire Decksaver gear cover line and various UDG DJ Gear Bags. There was a skilled DJ on-hand that was hurting the Digital Jockey III ME, throwing all types of scratches at it...Watch the video inside.

Traktor Kontrol S2 Unboxing & First Impressions HD-Video

Native Instruments recently released their newest DJ Controller on the market and now we've got our hands on one for a full HD-Video review. Just as with the Traktor Kontrol S4, The Traktor Kontrol S2 is a DJ controller that works flawlessly with the new Traktor 2 software and has almost all the same features and build quality of its more expensive counterpart. The main differences being the lack of two additional channel controls and additional RCA inputs (with timecode control). If those features are not something you would miss, then the S2 might just be your best choice. Our good friends over at Native Instruments are never ones to quit while they are ahead in the DJ software game. This is a great thing for DJ's all over the world because we get to reap the benefits of this new age of digital DJ competition and all the new digital hardware and software goodness it brings. Introducing the new Traktor Kontrol F1 Pad-Based DJ controller that was built to control the new Remix Decks included in the all new Traktor PRO 2.5 software update along with other new functions and features. [Video] NI Traktor Kontrol X1 MK2 Unboxing & First Impressions

The new Traktor Kontrol X1 MK2 has now shipped from Native Instruments to our very own DJbooth.net lab for the full written and video review treatment. The new Traktor X1 has most of the same functions as the original X1 but adds a new touch-strip section in the middle of the unit that can control effects parameters, nudging for beatmatching, and for jumping to a particular section in a song. The review is on the way, but watch the unboxing video to see the new X1 MK2 fresh out of the box.
