A few "stragglers" that I may have missed from last week's NAMM 2011 show are now being posted. Introducing the Rane MP25 USB club mixer. Similar to their previous club mixer offerings, this new club mixer from the Rane line boasts excellent sound quality and the addition of a USB port to assist with streaming audio directly from your favorite playback, mixing, beat-making, and looping applications to the MP25's digital mixer engine. Since we over here at DJbooth.net mostly deal with Hip-Hop DJ's and Music, it isn't likely that we will get an MP25 for review, but I'm sure this is going to do well in the club atmosphere.

Rane TTM57MKII Unboxing [Video]

The Rane TTM57MKII two-channel Serato DJ Mixer that was recently announced at the NAMM 2015 show is now in the DJbooth.net lab for the full Video review treatment. The TTM57MKII is the new update to a classic. When the original TTM57SL mixer was dropped from the Serato DJ support model many DJ's were up in arms. Rane TTM57MKII Mixer Levels [Video]

The new Rane TTM57MKII is like a mixture of a Rane Sixty-Two and the original and iconic TTM57SL. The TTM57MKII has dual USB ports for easy changeovers when switching DJ's and laptops, four RGB Backlit pads per channel that can launch hot cues and samples, and it also has that familiar layout and those magnetic scratch-worthy faders that only Rane can produce. Watch this new video where the Rane Team demonstrates how easy it is to set the correct volume levels on the new TTM57MKII Mixer so that the system gets the best sound out of your DJ set.

Rane Announces the Sixty-Four Serato DJ Mixer

Now that the Serato DJ 1.5.0 cat is out of the bag, the Rane Sixty-Four Serato DJ certified Mixer has also been announced. The new Rane Sixty-Four Mixer will be one of two mixers out on the market in October that will work perfectly with the new Serato DJ 1.5.0 DJ software right out of the box. The Sixty-Four Mixer sports dual USB ports for easy DJ changes, on-board effects, Serato DJ MIDI controls, and can support up to four external Serato NoiseMap Vinyl/CD control decks at once.

NAMM 2012: Rane Sixty-One & Sixty-Two Mixers

NAMM 2012 is shaping up to be one for the ages! There are lots of surprise developments and more new DJ and production gear than we can all keep up with. But when the big dogs start barking we all pay close attention. We are happy to introduce the new Rane Sixty-One and Rane Sixty-Two Turntablist Two-channel Serato Mixers. The Rane Sixty-One looks to be almost like a new version of the TTM-57SL with a few more buttons and functions to control the Serato Software, while the Rane Sixty-Two does all this plus adds dual-USB interfaces and even more Loop/Cue/Sample buttons for control. Rane Seventy-Two Mixer & Twelve Turntable Controller

The rumors have now been confirmed! Just in time for the DJ Expo which kicks off tomorrow, Rane has unleashed the Beast! The newly announced Rane Seventy-Two Mixer and Twelve Turntable Controller are a reality. The Rane Seventy-Two mixer is a two channel battle mixer which looks like a Pioneer DJM-S9 with a screen in the middle and three Rane Magnetic faders. The Rane Twelve Turntable Controller is a solid all metal digital turntable that does not use a needle or tonearm for sound, but rather digital USB connections to work with Serato DJ.
