NAMM 2012: New Traktor Compact Controller

Native Instruments (in my humble opinion) is starting to widen the gap between themselves and the competition with the release of a brand new Traktor compact DJ controller that has a plethora of fully-programmable MIDI faders, drum pads (cues, loops, and samples) and knobs to suite almost every computer DJ's needs whether it be enhancing a current timecode setup or the new controller is used as its own deck and or mixer. Check out the full video demo and press release inside.

[Video] Traktor's Mixer Controller Announced

Ever wonder what would happen if Native Instruments started making true DJ Mixers? Well now you don't have to wonder for long because Native Instruments just posted the new teaser video that all but reveals the World's first Traktor 2+2 Channel Mixer and DJ controller. From the looks of it, the new Traktor Mixer-Controller will be able to accept CD and Vinyl Timecode decks without the need of a DVS soundcard. The mixer also looks to be made with a strong metal chassis and has controls for effects, hot-cues, loops, and everything else in between.
