The new MIDI Fighter Spectra has the same 16 buttons that DJ's can map to just about any DJ software to trigger samples, loops, cue points and everything else that a DJ wishes to control. The MIDI Fighter Spectra now comes in an array of different body colors, different color buttons, and has the ability to change the backlit button colors as well. There's also six new buttons on the side of the MIDI Fighter Spectra to introduce a whole new world of options to the performer. A&H Xone:K1 MIDI Controller Announced [Video]

Yesterday, Allen & Heath announced a brand new modular MIDI controller called the Xone:K1. The Xone:K1 is essentially a Xone:K2 MIDI controller but without the built-in stereo soundcard interface. The Xone:K1 is a universal MIDI controller that can be mapped/programmed to work with any DJ software and it has six push-button rotary encoder knobs, 12 knobs, four faders, and 30 three-color backlit performance buttons to take precise control over specific software functions.

[NAMM 2013] Behringer CMD Controllers Now Shipping

At last year's NAMM 2012 show, the Behringer CMD DJ controller lineup was announced and expected to ship sometime within the year. Fast forward to this year's NAMM 2013 show and the Behringer CMD controller line is finally now shipping and they will all come bundled with the new Decadance 2 Full DJ software included inside the box. [NAMM 2013] Mixvibes Cross 2.3 Pioneer HID Support

The good folks over at Mixvibes has just released the new Cross 2.3 update that will allow for seamless HID integration with the Pioneer CDJ lineup. With this new update, DJ's can control Mixvibes 2.3 using all of the buttons and knobs found on the Pioneer CDJ range of CD decks. There is also a cool new Slip mode and Smart Seek mode added to Cross 2.3 to give DJ's ultimate control. Check out the video and quick press release after the jump.

[NAMM 2013] Pioneer XDJ-AERO in Pearl White

I had so much fun reviewing and performing on the Pioneer XDJ-AERO and using it both as a MIDI controller and as a standalone mixing console with the wireless Rekordbox software. The controls just felt right and the build quality of the XDJ-AERO was also better than the norm. Everything also fit in a nice compact and relatively thin package for easy transport. For NAMM 2013 Pioneer DJ has announced that they are producing a Pearl White version of the XDJ-AERO which will be on sale in March for the suggested retail price of $1400. [NAMM 2013] Numark Mixtrack Pro II + Serato DJ Video Demo

The Numark Mixtrack Pro II was just announced earlier today at this year's NAMM 2012 show as the new successor to the Numark Mixtrack Pro original DJ controller. The Mixtrack Pro II will come bundled with Serato DJ Intro, but the folks at Serato have already started working on the upgrade path to the full Serato DJ software. Serato has just sent out a quick video demo of the Numark Mixtrack Pro II working in perfect harmony with Serato DJ. [NAMM 2013] Numark NS7 II Announced (Video)

The Numark NS7 was and still is a huge hit amongst DJ's who want the feel of good old fashioned vinyl mixed in with the convenience of a Digital DJ Controller. At this year's NAMM, Numark has announced the successor to its super successful controller called the NS7 II. The NS7 II has the same vinyl top actively spinning motorized platters found on the original NS7 along with two extra channels of control, a standalone mixer function, and 16 performance pads that will all work in perfect harmony with the new Serato DJ software.
