Gemini DJ has just announced a brand new all in one standalone DJ system with a built-in seven-inch screen and the ability to playback files using USB hard drives instead of a laptop. The Gemini SDJ-2000 will work with a music management software called VCase which will allow users to setup their music libraries, loops, and cue points similar to Pioneer's Rekordbox or Denon's Engine. The SDJ-2000 can also connect to additional Gemini MDJ-1000 units to share the same music library from a single USB source.

NAMM 2016: Denon MCX8000

Today at the NAMM 2016 show, Denon DJ division announced their new flagship DJ controller called the MCX8000. This new monstrous DJ controller is sporting a solid metal chassis all around, dual hi-res screens for playback information, 16 RGB Backlit velocity sensitive performance pads, and full compatibility with Serato DJ when connected to a computer and Denon's Engine music management software so that DJ's can use this device without a computer.

NAMM 2011 - Gemini CDJ700 and Gemini CDMP-2700 Media Players

GCI Technologies' Gemini DJ Division is starting to put some serious muscle behind its products and it is showing at the 2011 NAMM DJ show in California. GCI has introduced the tabletop Media Controller the Gemini CDJ-700 and the rack-mounted dual Media Controller the Gemini CDMP-7000. NAMM 2012 Video: Gemini CDJ-650

Fresh off the release of the CDJ-700, Gemini is wasting no time trying to capitalize off the huge industry buzz it has received. Introduced directly from the NAMM 2012 floor the new Gemini CDJ-650 media player which is a compact version of the CDJ-700 that also plays music from CD's, USB interfaces, and can work through a computer USB connection as a full out MIDI HID controller. NAMM 2015: Pioneer XDJ-RX [Video]

Many people have speculated that a new all-in-one Pioneer DJ Rekordbox player would eventually show up one day... That day is today as Pioneer DJ has just announced their new All-In-One XDJ-RX Rekordbox DJ system. The new system includes a full seven-inch color display which shows parallel waveforms, cue points, track information, and much more. The Pioneer XDJ-RX is a true two-channel standalone mixer, has two USB slots for multiple music sources, and can also be used as a DJ Controller for Traktor Pro 2.
