Since the iPAD was launched a few short months ago, it seems that everyone everywhere is coming out with cool Apps to make this device even better than it already is. I'm personally not a MAC fan, but I will definitely have an iPAD by the end of the year. The new, intuitive Korg iMS-20 application transforms users’ iPads into complete analog synth studios with a detailed recreation of the legendary Korg MS-20 semi-modular analog synth, along with a built-in 16-step analog sequencer, based on the Korg SQ-10. The iMS-20 App for the apple iPAD just got a little bit nicer. The new iMS-20 update gives the App full MIDI control over the MS-20 synth knobs and controls. The iMS-20 is a complete music production application for iPad, which consists of a Korg MS-20 analog synthesizer, an analog sequencer(Korg SQ-10), a drum machine (with pads), a seven-channel mixer with effects, and Korg's Kaoss Pad technology. Production Gear: Korg & Gorillaz iPad App
Korg has just announce a new Apple iPad App which was produced in conjunction with the Grammy Nominated band, the Gorillaz. The Group's latest LP, The Fall, was entirely recorded on an Apple iPad and to commemorate the album release, Korg and Gorillas have teamed up to offer the special iElectribe Gorillaz edition which is on-sale now for only $10. The App is very easy to use as users simply choose the instruments or sounds they want to play and use the iPad to touch the 16-step sequencer to quickly create a beat. More information inside.
