Serato DJ 1.2.5 Released

The Serato team has just announced a new update to their free software that will allow owners of the new Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 and the Hercules DJControl Jogvision controllers to work with Serato DJ Intro. This means that owners of these new controllers can now download Serato DJ Intro 1.2.5 which will give users access to Serato features like sync, cue points, loops, library navigation, and more.

Serato DJ Released for Reloop TM2 & TM4

The new Serato DJ software has now been released for the Reloop Terminal Mix 2 and the Reloop Terminal Mix 4 Digital DJ controllers. We recently reviewed the TM2 and TM4 earlier this year with really good feedback and results. "Serato DJ" Software Announced!

Introducing the new replacement software for Serato Itch enabled DJ Controllers which will now be called Serato DJ. This new software is a huge breakthrough for the Serato team as this new Serato DJ software will allow DJ's who use Serato DJ Intro an upgrade path to a real full-featured software (finally!). Serato DJ will be fully MIDI mappable allowing DJ's to use a combination of different controllers to achieve the ultimate control. Serato DJ Available for Mixtrack, MC2000, & DDJ-ERGO

The new Serato DJ software (which is basically the new replacement software for Serato Itch) now provides a true upgrade path for people who are using the low-level Serato DJ Intro software with their Digital DJ Controllers. Serato DJ Intro software has a limited number of DJ functions, but DJ that own the Numark Mixtrack, Denon MC2000, or the Pioneer DDJ-ERGO now have the option to upgrade to the full Serato DJ version with much more control over the playback options and lots more features at your fingertips.

[NAMM 2013] Numark Mixtrack Pro II + Serato DJ Video Demo

The Numark Mixtrack Pro II was just announced earlier today at this year's NAMM 2012 show as the new successor to the Numark Mixtrack Pro original DJ controller. The Mixtrack Pro II will come bundled with Serato DJ Intro, but the folks at Serato have already started working on the upgrade path to the full Serato DJ software. Serato has just sent out a quick video demo of the Numark Mixtrack Pro II working in perfect harmony with Serato DJ. Serato DJ 1.6.3 Update Released

Serato has just announced a brand new 1.6.3 update to it's flagship software Serato DJ to improve platter latency with the new Pioneer DDJ-SZ controller, improve platter LED response on all controllers/CDJ's, and official Serato Accessory Support for the Pioneer CDJ-900NXS. They've also fixed a Playhead jumping issue with CDJ's in Relative mode and a Slicer Mode fix with the Reloop RP-8000 turntables using link mode.

Serato DJ Tutorial Video Series

The new Serato DJ software that comes bundled with the new Pioneer DDJ-SX will soon be released to all current Serato Itch Users and Serato DJ Intro Users within the next few months. This newly updated software will have quite a few differences from what those DJ's are normally used to, so the Serato team decided to get everyone familiar with Serato DJ by releasing a slew of new Tutorial videos so users can see exactly what's changed and how to use the features.
