In this three way battle, you will see DJ Demonite put it down on the 1's and 2's regardless of gear type. I tip my hat of to DJ Demonite as I feel a true DJ should know how to spin on multiple forms of media and gear types instead of being just a static user. It's also pretty impressive just to have 3 separate setups in one location in order to do these types of comparisons... Anyway, check out the video below and let us know your favorite setup!

Remember, if you think you have the skills to show them off, please make a youtube video and send it in to djblaze@djbooth.net and I will feature you on our Turntablist Video Friday Series!

With all of the Digital DJ Controllers on the market, I've noticed that we have reviewed most of the top brand units out there except one...The Denon DN-MC6000. I'm still waiting for my review unit from Denon, but in the meantime I decided to hit the net to see what this thing can do in the scratching category. I found a video on youtube posted by user collabs09 with a little scratch demo which looks pretty promising. Check out the video inside.

Denon DN-S3700 DECKSAVER Feature Video

Thanks to my guys over at Mixware.net, I finally got my hands on a set of DECKSAVERs to cover and protect the beloved Denon DN-S3700's when they aren't in use. Personally, I think DJ gear is a work of art when sitting on a table all neat and tidy, and I never quite liked the idea of covering them up. In steps the DECKSAVER company from the UK to save the day with a product that offers protection while still showing off the beautiful form of my digital decks. (VIDEO INSIDE)

Stanton STR8-150 Turntables + SAE Beat & Breaks Battle

My personal turntables of choice are the Stanton ST-150's and for very good reason. They have very high torque motors and they are built like tanks with a pretty solid track record to boot. The folks at the SAE Beat and Breaks Battle also share the same sentiments as the (straight-tonearm counterpart) Stanton STR8-150's will be used as their standard turntable for the National competitions this year.

This year at Musikmesse 2013, Stanton has announced that their long standing flagship turntables (the ST-150 and STR8-150) will get new cartridges included in the box for all future production runs. So if someone purchases a Stanton ST-150 (S-tonearm) turntable, they will get a TrackMaster V.3 uni-body cartridge and the buyers of the Stanton STR8-150 (Straight-tonearm) turntable will get the SM V.3 headshell mountable cartridge. Check out the full press release, our turntable review, and a few words on the upgrade after the jump.
