The new UDG Creator Controller Hardcases are very similar to the smaller Hardcases by UDG that we reviewed here, but they come in four different sizes to fit almost every DJ controller on the market.
The UDG Creator Controller Hardcases have a laminated water repellent durable nylon exterior with an egg crate interior padding that is sure to protect any DJ controller from drops, scrapes, debris, and even liquids. The UDG Creator Controller Hardcases come in Medium, Large, XL, and 2XL which can fit the smallest controllers like a Numark Mixtrack Pro 2, all the way up to the huge Pioneer DDJ-SZ or Numark NS7II. These cases don’t have any additional pockets or storage compartments, but they will fit the controllers quite snug with adequate padding and they all include handles for easy transport.

In Conclusion, the UDG Creator Controller Hardcases are a great way to protect any DJ controller from dirt, debris, liquids, or even accidental drops. The UDG Creator Controller Hardcases sport a laminated waterproof nylon exterior and an eggshell foam interior for adequate protection inside and out. The Hardcases also have very heavy-duty Zippers and Nylon handles that feel like they will last for a long time. On the downside, the UDG Creator Controller Hardcases will only have enough room to carry the main DJ controller and a cover with no additional pockets or compartments for additional gear or items. Only the 2XL Hardcase sports a shoulder strap, while the others don’t… I do think that straps on all models could have been helpful for those longer trips.
