Now that Serato Itch software has been replaced by Serato DJ with a better layout and new features, the DDJ-S1 owners can now reap the benefits by downloading the new firmware and Free Serato DJ upgrade to get the full use out of their controller. Pioneer DDJ-WeGO3 Serato DJ Intro Demo [Video]

Pioneer has just released the third iteration in their entry-level DJ controller called the Pioneer DDJ-WeGO3. Long ago, we reviewed the original DDJ-WeGO and it was a great controller for any new DJ and it had versatility to work with many different software. The DDJ-WeGO3 continues where the original left off with a new sleeker design, stronger construction, and an included iOS lightning cable that also charges the iOS device while in use. [Video] Serato DJ 1.5 Out Now!

Serato DJ 1.5 has now been released. This means that the era of Serato Scratch Live and Itch is coming to an end. Last month Serato announced that they would combine all of their Serato based DJ software into one software to rule them all which is known as the Serato DJ 1.5 release. The new release will now work with the new Pioneer DJM-900SRT, DDJ-SR, DDJ-SP1, and the Rane Sixty-Four. Of course all of the other Serato DJ controllers are also able to work with the new Serato DJ 1.5 and there's a few bug fixes and housekeeping items addressed in this update as well.

[Video] Pioneer DDJ-SX Unboxing & First Impressions

The brand new Flagship Pioneer/Serato Digital DJ controller known as the DDJ-SX is now in the DJbooth.net lab for a full out HD-Video and written review. We've been waiting for one of these to come through ever since they have been released and now its finally here. We'll cover all of the features in the new DDJ-SX hardware as well as the new features and improvements found in the new Serato DJ Software. Pioneer DDJ-SZ with Virtual DJ [Video]

The new Pioneer DDJ-SZ flagship DJ controller is now Virtual DJ compatible... We recently reviewed the Pioneer DDJ-SZ using Serato DJ and had great results. The DDJ-SZ will now ship with a full version copy of Virtual DJ and the full Serato DJ software so that DJ's can choose exactly how they want to use the super sized device. Virtual DJ has just released a new video performance to show what its powerful software can do with a powerful controller.

Serato DJ Available for Mixtrack, MC2000, & DDJ-ERGO

The new Serato DJ software (which is basically the new replacement software for Serato Itch) now provides a true upgrade path for people who are using the low-level Serato DJ Intro software with their Digital DJ Controllers. Serato DJ Intro software has a limited number of DJ functions, but DJ that own the Numark Mixtrack, Denon MC2000, or the Pioneer DDJ-ERGO now have the option to upgrade to the full Serato DJ version with much more control over the playback options and lots more features at your fingertips.

Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Announced [Video]

Pioneer DJ has announced that there is a brand new Serato DJ controller coming out next month called the Pioneer DDJ-SX2. The DDJ-SX2 is a new version of the ever-popular DDJ-SX which we reviewed when it was released almost two years ago. The new Pioneer DDJ-SX2 inherits all of the features of the original and adds multi-color RGB backlit Performance pads, hotcue markers on the jog wheel display, Serato Flip controls, and it is Serato DJ DVS compatible right out of the box.
