[Video] Pioneer DJ Announces The XDJ-R1

Pioneer DJ has just announced the XDJ-R1 which is an all-in-one multi-media playback device that can be completely controlled by a wireless connection to an iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone via Pioneer's specially designed remotebox app. DJ's can now control the mixing, volume, fading and other functions of the XDJ-R1 from way across the room. The XDJ-R1 is very versatile with CD slots, USB ports (both for MIDI software control or for Flash/Hard Drive playback), and dual screens for a true standalone capability. Pioneer DJ has just announced the XDJ-R1 which is an all-in-one multi-media playback device that can be completely controlled by a wireless connection to an iPad, iPod Touch, or iPhone via Pioneer's specially designed remotebox app. DJ's can now control the mixing, volume, fading and other functions of the XDJ-R1 from way across the room. The XDJ-R1 is very versatile with CD slots, USB ports (both for MIDI software control or for Flash/Hard Drive playback), and dual screens for a true standalone capability.

The XDJ-R1 also has a healthy number of inputs and outputs so users can plug in additional CD decks or turntables for additional mixing playback possibilities. There are controls for hot cues, loops, samples, and the popular Beat & Sound Color FX that are pulled directly from the new Pioneer DJM series Mixers. The XDJ-R1 will come with a Free version of Virtual DJ LE for those who want to use the 4-channel mixing capabilities while attached to a computer and in MIDI mode.

[Video] Pioneer Announces XDJ-AERO DJ Controller

[Video] Pioneer XDJ-AERO Remote Control Update

The Pionner XDJ-Aero All-in-one Wireless DJ system is a compact and versatile machine that allows DJ's to playback music using many different media formats including live streaming via wireless devices running the Remotebox software or App. Pioneer has just released the new XDJ-Aero 3.0 Firmware upgrade and Rekordbox 1.2 that now allows users to control functions of the mix such as loops and effects directly from a mobile device.

That day is today as Pioneer DJ has just announced their new All-In-One XDJ-RX Rekordbox DJ system. The new system includes a full seven-inch color display which shows parallel waveforms, cue points, track information, and much more. The Pioneer XDJ-RX is a true two-channel standalone mixer, has two USB slots for multiple music sources, and can also be used as a DJ Controller for Traktor Pro 2.

Pioneer XDJ-700 Announced

Today Pioneer announced a brand new affordable and compact media player and controller called the XDJ-700. The new Pioneer XDJ-700 replaces the original CDJ-350 as the smaller and lower-priced deck option for DJ's who want club-like performance in their own personal setup without breaking the bank. The XDJ-700 is fully compatible with Rekordbox, has a USB slot for drives, and can also be linked to other players and mixers with the Link cable for deck sharing, BPM sync, and much more.

[Video] Pioneer XDJ-AERO's New Firmware 2.0

We recently reviewed the new Pioneer XDJ-AERO all in one wireless digital DJ mixstation and it was really one of the best times I've had on any DJ controller in recent memory. It was very easy to use, had great feel and construction, and lots of different ways that DJ's can mix their music together. The new Pioneer XDJ-AERO now has a 2.0 Firmware update which gives DJ's better control over the sample banks and a few other improvements here and there. Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Announced [Video]

Pioneer DJ has announced that there is a brand new Serato DJ controller coming out next month called the Pioneer DDJ-SX2. The DDJ-SX2 is a new version of the ever-popular DDJ-SX which we reviewed when it was released almost two years ago. The new Pioneer DDJ-SX2 inherits all of the features of the original and adds multi-color RGB backlit Performance pads, hotcue markers on the jog wheel display, Serato Flip controls, and it is Serato DJ DVS compatible right out of the box.
