A few short months ago, we reviewed the Rane Sixty-One Serato Scratch Live Professional DJ mixer which boasts great build quality and an interal SSL soundcard interface so that DJ's can connect vinyl or CD timecode for digital music playback via computer. The new Rane Sixty-Two mixer builds upon the SSL interface and high-quality craftsmanship of the Sixty-One by adding on-board MIDI controls so that DJ's can trigger cue points, samples, Loops, and effects. Rane recently sent us a brand new Sixty-Two Z Limited Edition (with cool Z-trip Artwork & Pro RCA Cables) mixer for a complete video and written review that will be completed shortly, so watch this space. Watch the Unboxing & First Impressions video below in the meantime.
