Last we heard from Dave B, it was April and it was raining. Since then the Seattle emcee has spent time in the studio with Jake One, banging out material for his upcoming release. One of the records concocted during his sessions with one of the greatest living producers is The Way, a short and sweet offering, which was mixed by Vitamin D and features guest vocalist Shelby Poole. There has been no announced date for the release for the currently-untitled EP, but it will arrive sooner than later.
