We didn’t receive an invitation from TDE for their 4th of July barbecue, but they did announce their menu earlier this morning. The main dish? A bowl of Jay Rock‘s classic Gumbo. The musical meal was produced by J.Lbs, who last worked with the Watts native on Boomerang. Released as a Spotify exclusive, Gumbo is a taste (pun intended) of what is to come from Rock and his forthcoming, untitled new album, due out later this calendar year.
