Last we heard from Raleigh Ritchie, on late 2014’s You Make It Worse, the UK native was bemoaning a certain woman’s deleterious effects on his mental health. Fast-forward a few months, and I’m happy to say he seems to be in much higher spirits. On this freshly-minted single, the Columbia signee and his circle chant, “We’re The Greatest, I mean it, we’ll never be defeated!”, unfazed by the obstacles in their path. Sum Punk and Paul Herman provide the record’s upbeat, electro funk-tinged instrumental backdrop. This record is just a loosie, but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more about Ritchie’s plans for the months ahead.
