Previously heard lending his production stylings to The Canz‘ Bananas, beatsmith Kato is set to step into the spotlight with a fresh solo mixtape. The compilation’s latest leak finds the Virginia-born-and-bred, ATL-based producer recruiting Aleon Craft, Phil Adé and Booth newcomer Boog Brown to spit over an exuberant chopped-soul sample instrumental. Keep it locked for further leaks off Kato’s project, as well as the latest on Craft’s indie rock-inspired Craft Singles project (coming this summer) and his debut album, The Solar Hop Chronicles.
