Ringleader Nottz layers eerie, sampled chants over a booming rhythm section as Bigshot Manceeni, Cutlass Reid, Khizman, Starboy, Ivory Keyes and Boogie compete to deliver the hardest-bitten 16. As if their bars weren’t grimy enough, T-Dot stalwart Kardinal Offishall tops the record off with an aggressive guest verse.
