Just the other day I gave thought to what My Last Song would be, if ever I had the opportunity to pick one final record to play. I quickly came to the realization that there are just too many options available at my disposal, but I would require that my ultimate selection have the emotion and heart of the latest single from Crooked I’s crew, Horseshoe Gang. The fearsome foursome showcases everything that you'd ever need in the form of a rap tune. Atop Tabu’s subdued, whirring production, the crew blends soul with sentimentality, reflecting on an underground career in the rap game. Thankfully, My Last Song isn't their last song, as the group prepares to release their new album, Top Ramen N!&&@, due out later this month.
