Oklahoma City rhymesayer Jabee has reached a point at which he can say, truly and without a trace of irony, that Life Is Good. Even so, he's knocking on wood regularly, because he knows that his prosperity could come to a sudden end at any time. Son Alexander mans the boards on this headphone-ready jam, crafting a mellow boom-bap groove to accompany Jabee as he contemplates his relationship with God and the state, and shouts-out his brothers behind bars.
