Kings Dead ft. Mac The Hand - Satellite Kids
- Artist: Kings Dead
- Track: Satellite Kids
- Producer: Kings Dead
- Album: Utopia
Just what is it with kids these days? Personally, I think my generation is doing just fine (after being dealt a pretty f**king bad hand, to boot), but Boston twosome Kings Dead have got a few critiques to share on the lead single off their next studio album. Making its world premiere right here in the Booth, Satellite Kids sees frontman Sonny Shotz wryly sending up his peers' obsession with fashion trends, over-reliance on psychiatric drugs and lack of spirituality. Mac The Hand guests, jumping on Alex Mendoza's crossover-friendly hip-pop groove to deliver an ear-catching guest hook. Fans will be able to find this cut, the previously-featured Don't Need Much and more on Kings Dead's Utopia LP, scheduled for independent release on Tuesday, October 7.
