A 19-year-old musical wunderkind hailing from the City of Angels, Pablo Dylan makes his first foray into The DJBooth with freshly-minted promo single Midnight. On this innovative jam, the unsigned singer/songwriter, emcee and beatsmith showcases the full range of his talents; over his own production, an atmospheric, string-laced groove peppered with sampled screams, the artist addresses sung and flowed bars to a shawty who’s uneasy about his rising status in the game: “I know you hate it hate it in the spotlight / Something that you’re getting used to…” Dylan doesn’t currently have any larger projects on the agenda, but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more about his plans.
