Peter Jackson ft. Joe Budden & Emerson Brooks - HELP

DJBooth_logo2x

Don’t get it twisted, Lord Of The Rings director Peter Jackson has not started a career in rap music (although who wouldn't pay good money to see a hobbit rap?). Help is the latest single from the veteran T-Dot emcee, not the Australian director. Jackson is aided by two well-selected guests, Slaughterhouse founder Joe Budden and Emerson Brooks. Budden contributes his trademark, gritty flow which meshes well with Jackson’s, making the two form a solid 1-2 punch. Brooks, who also produced the track, lends his smooth, unique vocals to the hook, capping off a well put together jam off of Jackson’s forthcoming FreshStartLP. While you wait for the EP, set for release later this month, be sure to check out the September-featured Hustle From Born, and keep it locked as a video for Help will be released soon.
