Run The Jewels - Lie, Cheat, Steal

Killer Mike and El-P's work together as Run The Jewels has been praised for its socially-conscious lyrical content, but are they a positive influence on the young'ns? Well, that depends on your point of view. They certainly seem dead-set on avoiding being branded as role models, judging by the advice they offer on the chorus of their latest single: “Lie, Cheat, Steal, kill, win—everybody doin' it!” To accompany this abrasive paean to antisocial behavior, an unknown director crafts some appropriately grimy visuals. Lie can, of course, be found on the group's RTJ2 LP, available now in stores and online.
