ScHoolboy Q ft. Nas & BJ The Chicago Kid - Studio (Remix)

Featured on our front page when it dropped as a single back in April, ScHoolboy Q's Studio won a phenomenal four out of five stars, on average, from our readership. Well, I have a feeling quite a few readers are gonna be busting out perfect five-star ratings for the official remix, which features guest bars from a living hip-hop legend. Over Swiff D.'s hazy, low-key street boardwork, ScHoolboy and original hookman BJ the Chicago Kid are joined by none other than Nasir Jones, who uses the opening verse to announce that he has wrapped his new album, he has a single "dropping soon," and a departure from Def Jam is imminent. Has the Queensbridge icon succeeded on improving on the original cut's greatness? Debate away. The album version of Studio can, of course, be found on debut set Oxymoron, out now on TDE/Interscope.
