Considering their name is The Rub and their new single is entitled Feel You, you might assume that this trio (DJ Eleven, Cosmo Baker & DJ Ayres) was a group of masseuses. Upon pressing play, however, you will see that they are musicians in every sense of the word. While sharing the boards three ways can't be easy, The Rub manage to cook up a powerfully stark, mysterious beat driven by an unwavering snare. D.C. songstress Misun's stormy vocals work in tandem with the beat to enhance the record's haunting, yet beautiful vibe.
