Thus far, we’ve heard four channels on Theo‘s Channel Surfin’ series; some have sounded epic (see Jurassic Harlem), while others were more laid-back (see Won’t Do). For Channel 5, Theo has decided to remix another artist’s song, using the electro-pop sound of the UK’s Foals’Electric Boom. Knowing it was time to amp up the energy, Theo complements producer Santo Angelo‘s beat with some creatively up-tempo rhymes, at one point comparing himself to NBA Commissioner David Stern. In addition to keeping Theo’s longtime fans satisfied, this unintended collaboration could help Foals generate a brand new stateside fanbase.
