UPDATE: We've added the new JODEB-directed video for Tinashe's Pretend single.
Tinashe is no stranger to a collabo record with a more street-oriented rapper. In just the past 18 months, the RCA recording artist has worked with A$AP Nast (Who Am I Working For), Travi$ Scott (Vulnerable) and ScHoolboy Q (2 On). With a debut album on the horizon, and an impressive track record (literally) behind her, the Los Angeles native wisely executes her bread-and-butter move, connecting with labelmate A$AP Rocky on Pretend. Produced by hitmaker Detail, this failed relationship jam showcases Tinashe's subdued, catchy vocal arrangement. Although the singer is trying to forget a past love and act like the relationship never happened in the first place, we won't act like this single never hit the Booth. Aquarius is scheduled for release in October.
