K. Sparks - Vintage Art

Over the course of his long and illustrious career as a Booth fave, K. Sparks has showcased a strong affinity for the old-school, both in his lyrical focus and in his choice of beats. So it's not entirely inappropriate that, before even releasing the set, the South Jamaica representative's labelled his latest full-length Vintage Art.

The project, which directly follows last summer's Self Portrait LP, is a collection of 12 original tracks (and a bonus remix). In addition to the overwhelmingly-acclaimed lead single and title track, it comes complete with the similarly lauded "Everywhere" and "5 on the Black Hand Side." Frequent collaborators Fero Navi and Kurser handle all production on the album, which features guest appearances from Nation and Tina Quallo.

Vintage Art is now available for free stream and direct purchase in The DJBooth.
