Overview:

These headphones offer higher output and better sound quality than the DJ5000. Other highlights include comfortable swiveling earpieces, a coiled cord, and a folding design. All this comes in a fashinable retro style which makes them even more appealing.

The Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones offer higher output and better sound quality than the DJ5000. Other highlights on the Pioneer HDJ-1000 headphones include comfortable swiveling earpieces, a coiled cord, and a folding design. All this comes in a fashinable retro style which makes them even more appealing.  The stereo/mono switch found on one of the earpieces is useful when mixing with only one earpiece on, since you know your listening to the entire output and not just half of it.
