Apache Chief - Here To Stay

Album:

In today’s digital age, with songs being released on a constant basis, it is not surprising to see the average emcee experience fleeting success. While these ephemeral rappers come and go, it is the truly talented few who have real staying power.  Like Syracuse native Apache Chief, who makes it known that he is an emcee in it for the long haul on his new single, Here To Stay. While his fast-paced, charismatic flow is likeable enough to keep him relevant for an industry minute, it never hurts to have friends like A-lister araabMUZIK, who crafts a crisp, guitar-centered beat. Chief clearly has his flow and production selection boxes checked, but it is his approach to the music that will most likely make him a Booth regular. After all, the emcee, named after the Super Friends superhero, lets us know, “I aint’ worried about appeal, I just do what it do.” Here To Stay will be found on the emcee’s forthcoming mixtape, set to drop in next month.
