Ariana Grande ft. Big Sean - Right There

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Harmony Samuels
Album:
Yours Truly

Fresh off introducing herself to our pages with the Fabolous-assisted official remix of debut single The Way, Ariana Grande returns to our pages with single numero dos off her forthcoming freshman set. Like its predecessor, Right There is a catchy, mid-tempo cut dedicated to the singer’s significant other. Harmony‘s glossy keyboard chords and hip hop-informed percussion set the mood as Grande rhapsodizes about her guy’s many admirable qualities, exhibiting a vocal style sure to elicit more than a few Mariah Carey comparisons. Big Sean reciprocates her compliments on the guest tip, celebrating her beauty and her down-to-earth attitude (“Five-star meals even though you don’t mind a drive-thru.”) in two brisk verses. Fans will be able to find Right There and much more on Yours Truly, scheduled to hit record stores and online retailers September 3, via Universal Republic. Watch for Sean’s sophomore LP, Hall of Fame, to hit record record stores and online retailers August 27.
