ArtOfficial ft. Amanda Seales - Bags Packed

Vitamins & Minerals

In most cases, bringing multiple pieces of luggage with you on a date might be viewed as presumptuous—a change of underwear, a toothbrush and other essentials tucked discreetly in your car will probably do you fine. When your rendez-vous is with a chick (or dude) named Destiny, however, you can’t be better prepared. On Bags Packed, ArtOfficial‘s first Booth feature since last November’s Three Four, the Panhandle State crew hit the road to make just such an engagement, well aware that they may never return. Percussionist Danny Perez, keyboardist Danny Perez, bassist Ralf Valencia and saxophonist Keith Cooper excel as usual on the instrumental tip, creating a cool yet suspenseful jazz backdrop for bars Newsense andLogics’ anticipatory rhymes. Amanda Seales provides a smoky, soulful chorus, and editor Carlos De Varona cuts together footage of the crew’s recent travels in the U.S. and abroad to serve as the record’s official video. Fans can find this rfreshing jam and much more on ArtOfficial’s Vitamins & Minerals LP, available here for free streaming and digital purchase.
