A$AP Rocky ft. A$ton Matthews & Joey Fatts - R. Cali

Featuring:
Producer:
K. Roosevelt
Album:
The Music of Grand Theft Auto V

Thus far, I’ve managed to restrain myself from copping Grand Theft Auto V. I’m gonna play it, no doubt, but right now I don’t have 60 bucks and 40-plus hours to burn. Now that it’s begun to take over the Booth, however, I don’t know how much longer I’m gonna be able to hold out. My latest reminder of how much fun I’m missing out on comes courtesy of Harlem hitmaker A$AP Rocky. A standout off the blockbuster game’s soundtrack, R. Cali features the artist more or less summarizing the activities of a typical GTA session: “Car jacking, pistol packing, mothaf**king choppers clapping / Metal jacket automatic magazines, head-on traffic / Windows smashing, windows crashing…” Joining the headliner over K. Roosevelt‘s stark, dissonant production, Cutthroat Boyz crewmates A$ton Matthews and Joey Fatts indulge their own destructive urges in bullet-riddled guest 16s. For more fresh tunes from a variety of hot artists, check out The Music of Grand Theft Auto V, released today—or cop GTAV itself, available now for PS3 and Xbox 360.
