BAU Music Presents The Alchemist & Budgie ft. Prodigy & Roc Marciano - In Heaven’s Home

Posted 2 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
The Alchemist, Budgie
Album:
The Good Book

In this digitally-focused day and age, album packaging has been pushed into the background. The Alchemist and Budgie, however, are looking to counter that trend with their forthcoming collaborative project, a boxed set which will come in the form of a faux book wrapped in leatherette with gold foil-embossed printing. Of course, all those bells and whistles don’t mean a damn thing if the music inside the package isn’t dope. New single In Heaven’s Home should allay all doubts on this count. Here, the beatsmiths’ eerie piano loops and gospel-vocal samples set an uncanny mood as Mobb Deep member Prodigy and NYC buzzmaker Roc Marciano deliver gritty, hard-nosed guest bars. Like what you’re hearing? More awaits on The Good Book, dropping via BAU Music on April 11.
