Chavis Chandler - Higher

Posted 4 years ago
Producer:
Jerry Parker
Album:
BRIDGECARDRAPS

If the name Chavis Chandler sounds familiar that is because you might have seen the 21-year-old emcee on Rap Fix Live’s “Get In The Game” segment back in March. At the time, the Detroit spitter was given advice from DJ Whoo Kid and G-Unit rapper Precious Paris and it sounds like Chandler has put those wise words to good use because he’s now found himself on our homepage with his Booth debut, Higher. On the record the emcee flaunts his intriguing lyrical style, dropping rhymes about keeping it real in his music to his appearance on MTV. Despite Chandler’s numerous getting Higher mentions it’s hard to label the single as anything but pretty darn catchy thanks to a combination of Jerry Parker‘s drum-filled production and those charming vocals from a random pack of juveniles.  Lookout for Higher to appear on Chandler’s forthcoming BRIDGECARDRAPS mixtape, which is currently without a release date.
