Ciara - Body Party

Producer:
Mike WiLL Made It
Album:

As the title of her next album indicates, pop songstress Ciara is a One Woman Army. So it should come as no surprise that her ideal guy also contains multitudes. Following late January’s Wake Up No Make Up, the singer’s new, Future-penned single is dedicated to a man whose Body is a Party all by itself. (She’s the only one invited, of course.) The increasingly ubiquitous Mike WiLL Made It mans the mixing boards, providing a low-key, synth-driven backdrop for the singer’s breathy, melismatic vocal performance. A chorus borrowed from the Ghost Town DJs’ ‘96 single, My Boo, rounds out the package. Is this mid-tempo burner the hit CiCi needs to finally get her fifth full-length a spot on Epic‘s release calendar? Debate away—and stay tuned for further details on the long-awaited set.
