Cody B. Ware ft. Ninjasonik & Bad Rabbits - Gangsta Party

Posted 5 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
White Indian
Album:
Welcome Home

I had to take a moment to simply stare when the homey DJ Z sent me this one. I mean, I had to do a double take with a title like Cody B. Ware featuring Ninjasonik and Bad Rabbits, Gangsta Party? Thankfully, Gangsta Party is every bit as interesting as the names of those involved, starting with Cody B. Ware, an enigmatic Queens emcee making his DJBooth debut today. Any real gangsta knows a party ain’t a party unless you bring our crew with you and sure enough Cody also recruits mosh pit enthusiasts Ninjasonik and DJBooth regulars Bad Rabbits to get down to a very ‘90s sounding beat (does it remind anyone else of Montell Jordan’s This Is How We Do It in a weird way?) courtesy of White Indian…a production duo made up of Sheel and RP…from Bad Rabbits. Catch all that? Don’t sweat it, I suggest you just press play and get to partying. With a start like this I can only begin to guess what B. Ware’s new album, Welcome Home, sounds like, but the adventurous can download it right now via codybware.com.
