Dag Savage ft. Co$$ & Choosey - Drugs

Posted 3 years ago
Featuring:
Producer:
Exile
Album:

Last we heard from Dag Savage, on mid-January’s reader-acclaimed When It Rains, the omnipresent trials and tribulations of everyday life had the Los Angeles duo feeling a little down. Two months and change later, the storm has passed and the crew are back on top of the world. On LP single Drugs, newly-released along with official visuals by Ryan Cacavavo, Exile‘s breezy, soulful sample work bangs in the back as mic-rocking partner Johaz waxes poetic about the crack-like qualities of their musical output. Fresh off touting the potency of his own product on last week’s Heroin, Co$$ contributes an intoxicating middle 16, and first-time featuree Choosey (aka Makeshift) lends his gravelly flows to verse three. Feeling it? This is just one of many quality cuts to be found on Dag Savage’s self-titled debut EP, out now via Dirty Science Records.
