DJ Muggs ft. Dizzee Rascal & Bambu - Snap Your Neck Back

DJ Muggs

While he may not get the attention he truly deserves, Cypress Hill founding father DJ Muggs deserves to be mentioned alongside anyone when it comes to west coast hip-hop legends. No, scratch that, global hip-hop legends, and new single Snap Ya Neck Back proves why. Muggs production is spine-snapping to the 10th, taking some of the harder hitting 808s you’ll ever hear and layering in some seriously distorted dubstep influence. It’s the kind of beat that not just any rapper could rhyme over, so Muggs goes across the Atlantic to recruit U.K. phenom Dizzee Rascal for a Red Bull washed down with Four Loko level verse. From there Muggs brings it back to the city of angels, recruiting Lookin Up emcee Bambu to offer up some hard-laced rhymes of his own. If you or anyone in your family has a history of heart trouble, you might want to think twice before pressingly play on this one. For more flawlessly aggressive hip-hop be sure to check out Muggs upcoming album, Bass For Your Face, due out later this year via Ultra Records.
