DK - No Holes In My Soul

Posted 3 years ago
Producer:
9th Wonder
Album:
Unreleased

If you’re a fan of Little Brother then you know their record Gotta Get That, which means you’ll be an instant fan of DK, who has remixed 9th Wonder‘s original beat on his new release No Holes in My Soul. Recorded back in September of 2011, DK originally hesitated to release No Holes, saying, “I didn’t feel like I should put it out, since it takes a different direction compared to the tracks that I’ve been recording for my new project.” But good music simply can’t be contained for long. Using the clever double entendres, on the mic the Chicago native lets listeners know that while the soles of his Vans have seen some wear and tear, his soul’s still fully intact. There is no word yet on an upcoming project from DK, but fans can go cop his last release, Shy State Of Mind, available now online.
